Return Window
Customers have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- Customer must contact us before sending any return.

Defective or Non-Working Items
If your item arrives defective or does not work as described, contact us with photo or video proof showing the issue. We will review your request and offer a refund or replacement. Return shipping is not required for confirmed defective units

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
